My work day as a CMA ✨👩🏾‍⚕️

I am a Multi-Specialty Medical Assistant and this day, I worked with the General Surgeon that also specialize in vascular conditions.

The office I worked in is somewhat a satellite office, so it’s pretty small. But our doctors come out to this underserved community to provide healthcare.

I typically work alone in the mornings, doing administrative work, then the doctor comes in the afternoon and we see patients together who have vascular related issues.

I pretty much run the entire office when he comes out. I do check in, check-out, scheduling, and back office; assisting him In the rooms as a needed.

It’s truly a rewarding aspect of my job and I’m thankful to be in this position to play a part in the community!
