All you need to know:
20 minute meal

Ingredients:
Bell peppers (1-2) depending on the size
Ground beef of you’re choice
Tomatoes (whatever you have canned, whole, doesn’t matter)
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Seasoning of your choice
1 cup of rice of your choice
How to make it:
🧑🍳pull out your pan and turn the stove on medium with olive oil or avocado oil in it
🧑🍳cut up the bell peppers and tomatoes into small little sizes and put into the pan
🧑🍳add the ground beef into the pan with the bell peppers and tomatoes
🧑🍳cook 1 cup of rice
🧑🍳add in seasoning of choice ( I did pepper, ginger, a dash of turmeric, pepper, and lots of Garlic (to keep the 🧛🏻♀️ away)
🧑🍳 cook them together for until the beef is almost done
🧑🍳add the rice into the pan along with 1/4 a. Cup of brown sugar and some drizzled soy sauce
🧑🍳 put a lid on the pan and let it finish cooking for about 5 minutes
