HOW TO FILL OTHERS WITH JOY 🫶🏻

Now the secret to filling others with joy.. first off, true joy only comes from the Lord alone. Galatians 5:22 💜

Secondly, we simply can’t fill others with joy when our own is depleted. It’s so true. We MUST find ways to fill our own cups.

As a mama to 5 I struggle to fill my own cup because I simply don’t have time. But I’ve been trying to make time each day to just do 2 things for myself from this list.

•Read my Bible & pray (even just 5 mins if possible)

•Feed myself & drink more water

•Get dressed. No, not workout clothes 😂

•Go outside barefoot. Really soak in the sun.

•Bubble bath (major luxury but sometimes needed)

•listen to a podcast (true crime anyone? 🙌)

These are just a few things that help fill my cup so I can then make sure I’m not fully depleted to fill others.
