✨Scalloped potatoes✨

Made scalloped potatoes for the first time recently with no recipe on hand (I did look up how long to bake and what temp tho)

These were the absolute best scalloped potatoes I’ve had and my family enjoyed them a lot too ☺️

I used a blend of cheeses: Asiago, Romano, Parmesan, Sharp Cheddar. And some herbs outside, most prominently LEMON THYME. So good! The lemony flavor with these cheeses was amazing (:
