Yesterday I shared a post on the benefits of apple cider vinegar and why I choose to take it so today I thought of sharing my recipe and how I like to take my apple cider vinegar, if you haven’t seen my post and want to know more about the benefits/risk of apple cider vinegar the link is here
☁️ Ingredients
1. “Mother” apple cider vinegar
2. Water
3. Honey (optional)
4. Ice (optional)
☁️ Recipe
1. add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of water (approximately 240ml)
2. add honey and mix well
3. add ice
☁️ When to take
- before meals
- Advisable to take 1-2 tbsp every day
- I make this recipe before lunch and dinner and it really helps with the bloating ◡̈
The recipe is super simple and I personally like to add honey because I’m still not used to the taste of apple cider vinegar 😅
If you’re like me and just starting to take apple cider vinegar you can try this out, a little bit of honey goes a long way haha 😄 Alternatively you can also add green tea into the mix ◡̈
