Cold Brew Tea for Everyday ✨

Here’s my easy cold brew tea recipe 🤍

Use 1g of tea for every 100ml water as a ratio, and always use fresh room temperature water instead of hot water at the start so that you don’t end up extracting all the flavours of the tea harshly at the beginning. Cold brew is all about slow brewing and slowly extracting the flavour notes and chemicals from the tea leaves.

10g tea leaves of choice

1 L / 1000 ML of water (room temp.)

Steep for 6-12 hours in fridge, taste and adjust by steeping for longer time if you prefer more intense flavour.
