What can I do To help my weiner dogStay asleep?

This is my dog Loki he is 9 weeks old we just got him 3 days ago and today he woke me up at 2:29 off my bed whining and crying so I pick him up put him on his puppy pad and bring him to my room and try to lay him down well he now has the zoomies and is crying and whining so I let him run around and eat it. It’s now currently 3:36 I’ve been up for a hour and I have to wake up for school in a hour and 30 minutes plus picture day. What can I do to help him sleep better at night.?? #dachshund #dachshundweinerdog
