ingredients for 2 single serves:

✨ 1/4 cup soften vegan butter

✨ 2 tbsp light brown sugar sugar

✨ 1 flaxseed egg (1 tbsp golden flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water, mix and let it sit for 5 min)

✨ 1 tsp pumpkin spice and baking powder

✨ 1/3 cup + half 1/3 (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) cup flour

✨ 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat your oven at 400F.

In a bowl, mix your butter with sugar and pumpkin spice. Then add flour and baking powder and mix. Add white chocolate chips mix. Transfer to a crème brûlée dish and spread the batter evenly. Top with some more white chocolate chips and bake for 18/20 minutes! Enjoy xx
