Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Chip Cookies

✨Whisk together 3 CUPS flour, 2 TSP pumpkin spice, 1 TSP baking soda and 1 TSP salt in a medium mixing bowl. Then set aside.

✨In another bowl, cream together 1 CUP butter(at room temperature), 1 CUP brown sugar and 1/2 CUP granulated sugar with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 min.

✨Add in 2 TSP vanilla and 2 eggs and then mix until eggs are incorporated.

✨With the mixer on low, start to gradually add in the flour mixture.

✨ Fold in 2 CUPS white chocolate chips and 1 CUP pumpkin spice chips until fully combined.

✨ Form cookie dough into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. ( I got about 3 dozen cookies out of this recipe. Could be more or less depending on how big you make them)

✨Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-15min. I put mine in for 11 min and they came out great!
