my mind is already in fall, so please excuse me for sharing my favorite fall breakfast recipes already 🥹

also this one is the most comforting in the morning, especially when it’s a little cold and gloomy outside ☁️

recipes for 2 servings

☁️ 1 Fuji apple + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp maple syrup and vegan butter

☁️ 2/3 cup oats

☁️ 1 cup soy milk or milk of choice

☁️ 1 tsp cinnamon and baking powder

☁️ 1 tbsp golden flaxseed meal

☁️ optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together oats, milk, flaxseed, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend in a blender or food processor. Transfer to ramekins.

Preheat your oven at 350F.

Wash and peel your apple. Cut in cubes. Heat up a non stick pan on medium low heat and add maple syrup and vegan butter. When it’s all melted, add apples and cook for about 5/6 minutes until golden brown.

Add in top of your oats. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy xx
