• Seasoned chicken with pepper, salt, oregano and paprika.

• Cut salad and avacado into cube , then squeeze lemon with black papper.

• Sauce - olive oil, pepper, sesame oil and japanese mayo. Mix together with salad and avacado.

• Put on tortilla wrap.

Day 2 - Avacado and egg salad

• Cut avacado and boiled egg into cube . Mixing this two together in bowl.

• Put blackpaper, japanese mayo,and mixing all together with mayo.

• Prepare salad on plate just put in on the salad.

• Optional can add chicken slice and baby tomato and one thousand sauce.

Day 3 - Tossed Chicken Salad

• Cucumber , salad and carrot mixing with chicken.

• Sauce sesame oil, japanese mayo mix together and put on the salad bowl.

Day 4 - Refreshing Salad

• Cut avacado and baby tomato, egg and salad.

• Put all salad on plate and can add blueberries for optional.

• Lastly, deessing with one thousand island sauce.

Day 5 - Simple Bread Salad

• Cut salad, cucumber, baby tomato and whole meal bread that already toasted before cut into cube.

• Put egg and baby tomato together and mixing with japanese mayo and one thousand island.
