COUCH TO 5K

This is my second round of 75 soft and I’ve decided this is the time I’m going to take one another challenge… within a challenge. Challenge-ception if you will.

I’ve always enjoyed running. The problem is I can only ever do it for one minute at a time and then I am completely out of breath and hating it.

I’m committing to putting in the work for it.

So I’ve started Couch to 5K… again.

I’ve attempted this in the past and never made it past week 2 but I’m a different person now, with different experiences and different goals.

I started week 2 today and it felt great! So looking forward to more ♥️
