Where to go for Hanbok Rental!

We went to this hanbok rental shop at Gyeongbukgeong station and it was quite affordable. Most shop along that area charges more or less, the same rate. We got the 2 hours set so it’s $20,000 won for normal hanbok rental ( princess style) and any selection of hairband and bags. There are higher tier dress ( queen’s hanbok) which were $35,000 won for 2 hours and same accessories selection. Best to bring cash as cc card will incur a 10% additional fee !!

You can also do your hair and makeup by them, at additional cost!

How it works is that you gotta lock your bag in the locker first then pick the bottom part of the hanbok first, then the lady will bring you to find a matching top. She will provide a few choices then you can pick one and the same lady will help you wear and change in the fitting room.

Before you leave you have to sign in and pay, then 2 hours later ( depends on how long you book) you come back to sign out and then change out and ure off to go.
