I started to spin last August 2022 thru Classpass.
The free credits were used for spin, yoga, and boxing.
After trying these workouts, I found the spark in spin class 🩷. The very first class was really tough but I liked the vibe. So after a week, even though my legs still a little bit sore, i attend another spin class, and another, and another...
Its kinda addictive actually, I used to spin 3x-4x a week. It also helps me to destress and for my mental health.
In spin studio, the lights are dim so if you are kinda introvert person, maybe youll like this workout.
Oh yeah, im a millenial, so spinning with bunch of GenZ makes me feel young too! 🤣😊😄
