Bake With Me

i made these cookies on a whim, but they honestly ended up tasting SOOOO GOOD! If you like a sweet and chewy cookies, this one’s for you!! 🍪

recipe:

- 1 cup unsalted butter

- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1 large egg + 2 egg yolks

- 1/8 tsp maple extract

- 2 cups all purpose flour

- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon salt

for the coating:

- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios

- 1/4 cup crystal sugar

- 1 tbsp cinnamon

bake at 350° F for 10 mins :)

once cooled, drizzle with icing if desired
