Leg press is a great machine to use to build your lower body, and what I love so much about the leg press is you can adjust your foot placement to target certain parts of the leg! I use the leg press on multiple different leg days throughout my week to target exactly what it is that I’m hitting

1. Low narrow stance. This foot placement targets the QUADS

2. High wider stance. This targets the GLUTES. I usually place my feet shoulder width apart. This can also target the hamstrings as well, the higher you go on the platform

3.neutral wide stance. This targets the whole leg and is perfect for a full leg day when you’re targeting glutes and quads in the same day
