I’ll say it over and over again, YOU NEED TO BE MEAL PREPPING!
I meal prepped myself lunch for the entire week so I know I’ll hit my calories and protein goal everyday
And doing this took less than an hour… here’s how I did it
I turned on my oven to 400 degrees, got my rice cooker and air fryer out
I cleaned all of my chicken breasts and got some water boiling on the stove in a pan
I started cooking my rice
Then I seasoned all of my chicken and threw half in the oven and half in the air fryer (there’s not enough room for all of it in one)
Then I started steaming my broccoli on the stove
while that’s all cooking, I mix some honey, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce
I let the sauce simmer so it gets thicker
Once all of the food is done cooking I weight it all out, and create a recipe out of it on a calorie tracking app
