Glowing (blender) green juice!

This is my go-to blender green juice for energy in the morning and glowing skin!

What you need:

1 bunch of celery

1 cucumber

1 lemon

1 green apple

1 inch of ginger root

What you do:

Wash all of your produce, including scrubbing the lemon and ginger as you put even the skin into the blender!

Chop all ingredients roughly, no need to peel anything. The only thing I don’t use is the core of the apple

Add all ingredients to the blender with around 1.5c of water

Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed

Strain and enjoy! I use a mesh produce bag from trader joes, but you could also use a cheesecloth

To avoid food waste and throwing out food you paid for, I freeze the leftover pulp in ice cube trays and use them in my green smoothies!
