navigating the grocery store: dairy free yogurt

starting a new series to help navigate healthy options at the grocery store! i love trying new brands, and am one to sit in each aisle for minutes reading the ingredients for every product i put in my cart.

to start the series, i wanted to start with dairy free yogurt options as it is one my friends commonly ask me for recommendations on!

my top three are culina, cocojune, and so delicious 0g of added sugar line.

culina is the perfect thick yogurt (think greek yogurt) with only 6 ingredients and delicious flavors. you can’t go wrong with any of their flavors although my favorite is tied between bourbon vanilla and cherry with almond!

cocojune is another great option that is a thinner texture. i like the vanilla camille and plain flavors. for some reason, they use cane sugar as a sweetener in their other two flavors.

lastly is the so delicious 0g of added sugar line - i like the vanilla and coconut flavors. they use natural flavors, but overall have a fairly simple ingredient list.
