RENO DIARIES: Week 2 🚽 (HDB Resale)

Hello! Week 2 of reno has completed for us with the following done:

☁️ Waterproofing & Screeding of the Toilets

☁️ Plumbing for Toilets

☁️ Tiling for Toilets (Floor + Walls)

☁️ Levelling & Screeding of Yard and Kitchen

⚡️ Concealing for some Electrical Services at Kitchen

The next steps will be the tiling for our kitchen floor, and final grouting for all the tiles done!

Once that is done, then all the sanitaryware and accessories can be installed :D which we bought most of them from taobao, and we timed it nicely to reach us by the end of this month 😇 So we spent a few weekdays to uncrate our taobao items (in total, 3 crates and 4 packages), which btw was a struggle ☠️ Hammers and gloves are lifesavers y’all.. shoutout to the fiancé for the hard labour, i provided eye power and thoughts and prayers 👀 But also, really lucky that nothing came broken 🥹 and this is including the mirror cabinets (!!), vanity sinks and shower mixers ✨ second shoutout to our 3pf, Coco Letaotao 🙏🏻 (also s/o to the fiancé again for liaising with the agent cus i can’t deal with the chinese 😭)

We also bought and received our ceiling fans and pendant lights, can’t wait for them to be installed 🥰
