DIARY 03: travel day ✈️🤍

One thing about me is I LOVE an airport travel day!

The anticipation of the final destination, the hustle & bustle of people, the plethora of coffee & food spots, and the un-interrupted time to get some work done is unmatched 🧚🏻‍♀️

I have a work trip in Atlanta for 4 days, so today I’m bringing you along on my travel day from RDU-ATL :)

FIT CHECK!

Today’s airport outfit is definitely giving “airport crush” 😇 I realized when I go on these work trips, I can dress cute to the airport because I have easy flights & barely have to pack any clothes!

AIRPORT ESSENTIALS

I *never* check a bag. I always pack everything in a carry-on + personal item. Unless I’m backpacking, I always bring this carry-on I got from Target 5 years ago. It’s SO cute & fits everything so well! My personal item is a mini backpack from Pura Vida. And of course, I stopped by the airport’s La Farm for an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk 😁

WAITING AT THE GATE

I try to arrive at the airport 2hrs early. That gives me plenty of time incase there’s a long security line or line for coffee. It’s rough when the wake up call is 4am though 😅

IN THE AIR!

I usually sleep on planes to pass the time quickly, but sometimes I get some work done or read :)

PLANE ESSENTIALS

A good book, snacks & water.. what more do you need on a flight! 🙌🏼

ARRIVED!

Landed in ATL after a pretty short flight & checked into the Marriott Hotel downtown.
