Shouting out to all Tanghoon lovers! 🫶🏻
A simple & cheap meal to cook for lunch.
Ingredients:
- 2 portion of Tang Hoon
- 2 Eggs
- Dried mushrooms
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Shrimps
Instructions:
Step 1 - pre soak dried mushrooms and Tanghoon for 15 mins
Step 2 - Create the premix sauce with 2 tbspn of oyster sauce, 2 tbspn of light soy sauce , 1 tbspn of sesame oil, 1 tbspn of thai fish sauce and white pepper with 50ml of hot water.
Step 3 - Add oil and fry your eggs
Step 4 - Add garlic, mushrooms and shrimps
Step 5 - Add in your cabbage and carrots & stir fry for 3-5mins till cooked
Step 6 - Add in pre soaked Tang Hoon
Step 7 - Pour in the premix sauce and stir fry for another 3 mins and you are done.
