Taking it one day at a time

Another day sober … I find to help me stay sober it easier if I take a little time each day to enjoy nature .. enjoy the little things .. read the big book .. yes it helps … take a walk.. stay busy.. enjoy time with friends and family .. it’s the little things like I said .. find a religion any religion as long as it’s a higher power .. sobriety is possible recovery is possible .. #sobrietylifestyle #sobrietyjourney #sobriety #soberissexy #sobervibes
