One of my wellness goals is ensuring I eat well. That means no skipping breakfast, getting enough calories, eating lunch and snacks and cooking dinner as opposed to just ordering DoorDash
Here’s what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast - made oatmeal at work (I carried my milk & my berries in mason jars)
Lunch - got food from the cafeteria at my job
Snack - made an iced latte using instant coffee, homemade sugar cookie syrup and my milk from home, snacked on dried cranberries
Dinner - cooked sweet and sour chicken (with pineapple chunks) and jasmine rice
