Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 cup oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions:
Place the fresh spinach leaves in a blender or food processor, add egg, banana, milk and oats. Blend well.
