Okkk the header is obviously a joke it just rhymed but honestly though 😂😂 I worked at it for years and saw NOHING until I started utilizing these 3 simple steps:

1) PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD: going to the gym without tracking what you do can actually do more harm than good if you’re looking for results in the growth area! You need to constantly be pushing yourself. Progressive overload isn’t just “lifting heavier” it can also mean lift lighter but hit a higher amount of reps. Challenge your body each week to be better.

2) REST REST REST! I know sometimes we mentally can’t afford a rest day because if you’re anything like me I used the gym for years as my outlet to escape from life, now it’s just a daily habit of mine that I love but I CANT STRESS enough how important rest days are for growth and progress.

3) COMPOUND MOVEMENTS are key! YES STICK TO YOUR BASICS! My rule of thumb is I do 2-3 compounds and 2-3 accessory movements but I always start with my compounds and I focus on my form through each movement!
