Favorite Family Dish

One of my favorite family dish to make is Smothered Baked Chicken paired with green beans and mashed potatoes. I’ve been on this healthy journey trying to eat more baked food rather than fried and processed.

Also, another healthy thing is eating dinner at the table with family. My husband and I usually just eat wherever we are comfortable and the boys eat at the table in their rooms watching a movie. Eating at the dinner table is so rewarding eating together and enjoying family time.

Ingredients: Oven 345 degrees 1hr. 30min

•Chicken Drumsticks (seasoned to your liking)

•Cream of Chicken (after chicken is cooked) placed back in the oven

•Chicken Broth

•Chopped Onion and Bell Pepper

•Mashed Potatoes

•Steamed Green Beans
