75 Hard Progress! Day 1 vs. Day 70!

Can you believe there is only a 10 pound difference here? Mostly because I’ve been lifting weights and walking with a weighted backpack on! 💪🏻 🏋️‍♂️ I’m currently on day 74 and we are headed out on a cruise in a few days and I plan on coming back and starting Live Hard Phase 1 with my husband! Those cold showers though! 😱😬🥶
