Losing weight with F45 Just before wedding!

Back then I wanted to document my weight loss journey and I recorded a lot of videos but I didn’t dare to post it 😅

Im just gonna post it here for memory of the hard work I put in and also to motivate myself again that I can lose weight if I want to!

in 2021, I wanted to look my best for wedding and hence out of desperation, I signed up for F45 1.5months before my wedding. I woke up at 5:30am everyday (it was so tough) and some days my uncle will send me to Downtown east and after class, I will walk back home from PASIR RIS to PUNGGOL.

There are days that I will even cycle from Punggol to Pasir and vice versa!

The determination to lose weight was so strong. Diet played a part too, I really tried to limit my food intake and salad all the way. Haha

I think the lowest before my wedding was 59kg. Though I was 2kg short of my goal weight, I know I shouldn’t be hard on myself because I started my weight loss journey SO LATE. 😅

Anyway fast forward to 2024, sis here have gained so much weight after pregnancy. I have tried joining BFT last year but I realised I don’t have motivation to go for classes 😅

I think the last straw came when I realised I wasn’t happy with how I look in front of the camera hence I recently got a PT who specialised in weight loss.

Im in a 10 weeks programme now and hopefully I will be toner before my Bali trip in august :) I’m really excited with a PT helping me because I finally see some HOPE. Update: losing 5kg in 5 weeks
