My children (all grown) are pretty picky eaters, so I came up with this recipe. Took me about an hour to make, but was super well worth it.

Ingredients:

Burrito tortillas (found at Walmart)

Chicken breasts

Refried beans (I use Isadora brand)

Rice (Mexican Rice)

Shredded Cheese (Mexican mix or mild cheddar)

1. Boil chicken breasts with garlic and onion powder

2. While the chicken is boiling, fry the rice until toasty brown, add the water and tomato bouillon and let it boil until ready.

3. Refry the beans

4. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and fry it in a pan.

5. Cook the tortilla until warm and place it in a large plate.

6. Smear the beans, put the rice and chicken, sprinkle the cheese.

7. Folded up.

8. Enjoy!!!
