What I eat In a day

Happy Wednesday! Why is this week so freakin long?! My god I can’t believe it’s only Wednesday. I was busy all day cleaning and baking and doing stuff around the house. I baked those muffins which were actually pretty darn good. Took the pups for a walk which was an interesting time. My old man had a hard time keeping up but he did well. The pups stress him out 🩵 today’s workout was brutal! Only two more left in this challenge! Ahh! Eating was ok today I feel satisfied and I always love when dinner is something that can be thrown in the crockpot! See ya tomorrow!
