What I eat In a day-possible lymes flare up

Welp guess who’s sick again 😩 I swear to god I can’t catch a break. I thought it was maybe the flu again but now I’m thinking it’s lymes again. This happened last year after a particularly hard workout. Well I worked out on Sunday and it was really hard for me. I was so sore yesterday but not my usual soreness. Every joint in my body hurts and aches. I have a headache and body chills and nausea. All signs point to Lymes I think. The joint pain is unbelievable. I can hardly walk. So I didn’t eat much today. Didn’t finish my ramen. I’m so bummed. I do not want to go to the doctor and I have plans this weekend 🙃 anyone else deal with lymes? I’m curious what you’ve experienced. I hope you’re all feeling well 🩵
