my biggest tip for staying full on a cut is to focus on whole foods! weight loss is essentially always going to come down to being in a calorie deficit but what you eat to make up those calories matters!

eating a high protein diet while also ensuring you are eating enough fiber will make a tremendous difference!

it’s super random and maybe even a little weird that I eat strawberries with my dinner most days but I have an incredibly hard time hitting my fiber goal and I love berries so it’s a win win!
