Staying fit while being in college can be extremely hard! Here are some of my tips on staying in shape and taking care of your body in a healthy way!

- protein is huge for giving your body what you need - I try to incorporate it whenever I can. I use protein waffles and prepare in oatmeal for breakfast before class! It’s super easy to make and a good way to get in your protein intake in the morning!

- Blueberries are my favorite fruit and they are so delicious as well as pact with vitamins and antioxidants! I usually just snack on them or add them to cereal/ oatmeal!

- bananas are also delicious and have amazing properties! Bananas are also a good snack since they are so filling and usually add peanut butter for a little sweet flavor as well as protein!

- kombucha is so good for you! Has amazing properties that’s good for digestion! Filled with live probiotics ! And detoxifies the body ! Make med feel so good inside and out!

- pumpkin seeds are great for snacking! They taste delicious and are a great form of protein.

- protein bars are my Go To! I try to eat at least 1 a day! There are so many brands and most of them are delicious I listed a few but I decided to try these I found today!
