I was adopted at a very young age, with that I kind of thought I was in the clear for the longest time when it came to trauma or anything related.

It wasn’t until I got older and my brain started developing even more where I realized I was carrying a lot of packed on trauma that I simply just didn’t remember.

I thought his was crazy at first, how could I have so many issues but not remember any of it?

Which is when I was taught that are brains are brilliant, especially when we’re little, they protect yen and they force us to block out so much pain so we can live.

These two books help tackle inner child trauma and fears. The first one really reaches into what your brain could be going through and how and the second one is perfectly paired with exercises you can take on the go and can practice to help you heal.
