Thinking of what healthy meal to get but lazy to prep? This food prep combo is one of my opt if I’m looking to have a high protein meal as it is so easy to prepare 💕 (don’t have to defrost or marinate) I had this for lunch tgt with dumplings cooked from air fryer and it is soooo good!

🥘Egg tofu Recipe!
Prep time & total time: 10-15 mins 🙈
Ingredients:
- 1 box silken tofu
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and Pepper / Any of your fav seasoning
Step 👩🍳 :
1. Dry out the tofu and cut to slices
2. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the tofu
3. Heat up the pan and add a teaspoon of oil
4. Mid fry the tofu
5. Beat the 2 eggs and add some seasonings! I like oregano/ parsley cause it levels up the dish’s fragrance
6. Pour evenly to the pan and fry it for 5 mins! Make sure you flip the egg from time to time to ensure even cook!
