Long Island

If you get the chance to go to the Bahamas, I highly recommend Long Island.

The views are to die for and the locals are SO welcoming.

⭐️The airport is the size of my living room 🤯

⭐️Our home was an amazing 2 bedroom right on the beach. We had so much privacy and the house had a pool, paddle boards, kayaks and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. It was actually on an episode of HGTV

⭐️The food there was some of the best food I have ever had! I don’t even like sea food but I thoroughly enjoyed all of the sea food I tried.

⭐️You HAVE to go to Vantage Pointe for dinner at least twice! Trust me

⭐️We got a boat for 3 days and it was so much fun! Highly recommend. There were so many reefs we got to check out this way! We snorkeled and scuba dove so much 🤿

⭐️It has the woods second largest blue hole!

⭐️There is so much to do on the island! It is the perfect place if you love adventure and relaxing.

NOTE: If you are looking for convenience.. this may not be the place for you. It’s a little primitive and the roads are HORRIBLE!

The best times to visit are December-April, if you go in the summer expect a lot of mosquitoes 🦟

If you are okay with being off the beaten track and want to avoid tourists, this might be the place for you!

I think this hidden gem deserves to be at the top of the “most beautiful beaches” list. 🏝️
