Sweet potatoe "Nachos"

slice your sweet potatoe and lay it on your baking sheet with olive oil.

add lemon juice and preheat your oven too 350°F.

chop several cloves of garlic and spread the pieces onto your sweet potatoe followed by avocado.

add any spices you deem fit, i used

garlic powder-

onion powder-

salt-

pepper-

Cayenne-

cumin-

ancho chillie powder-

cilantro lime-

coriander-

lemon pepper-

dried chives-

then add chopped lettuce and spinach on top.

add black beans and corn.

more of any spice you desire more of then cheese.

season some shredded or chopped chicken breast and lay it on top before placing it in the oven for 25 minutes.

once served i recommend adding salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
