Ok, if you have a major sweet tooth but still want to eat healthy and get your protein in, you’ll LOVE these delicious birthday cake protein bites! Here is the recipe!
3 scoops cake batter vanilla or birthday cake Protein Powder
1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup natural almond butter peanut butter, cashew butter or sunflower seed butter
1-2 Tbl Almond Flour
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
2 Tbl Maple Syrup
2 Tbl. rainbow sprinkles
2 Tbl. white chocolate chips optional
Splash of almond milk as needed
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl or using a stand mixer/food processor. Mix well. Roll into 15 balls. Roll protein balls in additional rainbow sprinkles and place on a baking sheet to freeze. After desired firmness is achieved, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
