the truth about built puff bars

okay i’ve tried the built bars and i did like them, however some of the flavors do have that protein/artificial taste, so i decided to try the built puff bars- and they are INSANE. it’s like eating a chocolate covered marshmallow just a bit harder.

one thing i CANNOT stand, is bars like quest, or ONE bars where your litterally chewing for minutes on end, and breaking your teeth and jaw this bar is the perfect texture. i have a sensitive stomach/nut allergy/and gluten allergy and a lot of things bother my stomach( protein bar wise) i’ve found built puff bars do not hurt my stomach at all.

i’m also super sensitive to fiber and i love the fact that built puffs have no fiber (i understand some people like nutritional fiber in their bars, i personally do not before a workout).
