What else can I try to get rid of back acne?

Hi there, I'm 27(f) , and I have been experiencing back acne on and off for a decade now.

Different products like salicylic acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, soaps have been used, along with changing shampoos, and I shower regularly right after a workout, yet nothing has resolved it, and I simply don't know what else to be done.

I usually have 3-5 large, deep, red, painful pimples that never come to a head on my back. And my entire back is covered with these darks spots.

Any advice is very appreciated!💗💗
