Hotel lobby was like a resting place for all guests, check in abt 3pm+ lobby was full to the max. Checking was rather fast with many counters opened. We gotten a 28th level at my request for high floor.
Generally neat and tidy, bright and spacious. TV channels, shower head water pressure, toilet WC all working fine.
With its linkage to KSL mall, no doubt is a convenient choice to eat, watch TV and shop without facing the sun.
Grab service along this area is prompt with generally a 5-7 mins waiting
