I’ve been wanting to try to make meatballs in the air fryer to save time and this recipe makes it so easy! I love how it all comes together in less than 20 minutes with prep and cook time. You can have the water boiling in the pot for your pasta and just use jarred tomato sauce as an easy dinner. Lately, I’ve been liking Rao’s homemade marinara sauce and I add sauteed diced onions to it. Such a convenient and satisfying dinner for the whole family!

Easy Air Fryer Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef

½ pound ground pork

⅓ cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 egg

2 tablespoons milk

¾ teaspoons dried parsley

1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Combine all ingredients except beef and pork in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Step 2: Add beef and pork and mix to combine. Divide into 16 meatballs.

Step 3: Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Step 4: Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer. Turn air fryer down to 380°F. Cook meatballs for 12-14 minutes.

Step 5: Rest 3 minutes before serving with your favorite pasta and tomato sauce. I topped this with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.

If 16 meatballs is too much for your family to finish, you can keep leftover meatballs in an airtight container or a zippered bag in the fridge for up to 4 days and in the freezer for up to a month. We had enough for dinner and ate the leftovers for lunch the next day. I would definitely make this recipe again because it was really easy. I think next time I may add more cheese to the meatball mixture because I like more cheese.
