Easy Walmart Meal - Air fryer friendly!

All I did was grab some frozen meatballs and threw them in a pot covered in the sweet chili sauce and turned it on medium high heat, covered. While those are cooking, I chopped up some mushrooms and let them sit in Dale’s sauce with some garlic salt and put them in the crockpot to roast at 375 for about 15 minutes! I made some white rice to go with it, and seasoned the rice with a little bit of lemon juice and oregano. You can cook the meatballs in the air fryer if you prefer! I usually like to add some zucchini but I didn’t want to leave the house today. 😂
