We need to have good hygiene in the gym.

What do we need to pay attention to the hygiene during gym? What should we do about it?

First avoid using those rubber shedding yoga mat.The yoga mats provided by the gym are used by thousands of people. All the sweat and shoe steps are all on the mat.

The longer or the more people use will caused the yoga mat start to shedding and those tiny cracks are where the germs,bacteria and fungus love to hide the most.

The more deeply hidden,the more difficult to get rid of them. Using these surface sanitizers or cleaners will not kill germs inside your mat, so choose your mat carefully

or bring your own or cover it with a large towel so you can practice safely.

Second, wear gloves when using any barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or any equipment.Why we need to wear a gloves? Gloves protect hands from calluses and blisters,beside the second things is hygiene.The equipment we use in the gym, there are tons of people using it for training so there is no denying that the equipment can get loose or rust.A rust equipment it can be outright dangerous to use, as the rust is damaging to your skin, and those jagged parts can cut your hand while you're carrying them but some of people say It is safe to use rusty weights as rust is a non-toxic chemical to humans, but for me its better to wear a gloves to prevent anything bad happen.How did we know we might be sensitive of it or any bad bacteria are sticking on it? So please wear a gloves when we're doing training ,protect our hand.

Thirds ,We need to train to use sanitizing spray during or after using equipment or in the gym.Since we've been infected with the coronavirus for so many years, all of us are used to carrying hand sanitizer to maintain hygiene and avoid getting harmful germs on our hands. The same is true when we work out in the gym. We need to love ourselves and we need to care for others. Therefore, it must be disinfected twice before and after use. While some people think the spray doesn't help either, as long as we do, viruses or bacteria won't really cling to these gym equipment. Even if not 100% kill, at least 70% is better than doing nothing.

Forth, Wipe the cup before using it in the gym

Although they are washing up. But long-term storage will cause dust to stick. Those tiny dust particles are invisible to our eyes.Just like we always use our cups at home and rinse them before adding water, the same goes for going to the gym. If there's no space for you to clean,grab a tissue wipe it at least avoid drinking the water with dusty around you.

These little tips are here to make us love our bodies more when we were train to achieve our physical goals.
