Sorry for being too quiet, I’ve been sick lately 😣 but no worries! I’m all good and ready to share with you guys about my flat stomach and skinny leg routines at the gym!

πŸ•ŠοΈ Set Realistic Goals: I always keep my goals real! I will make sure to set goals that I can actually hit at the end of the month because to me it’s no point in shootin' for the moon on day one, you know!

πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ Warm Up: My mom always reminds me to warm up before exercising so I could prevent injuries 😣.

πŸ’§ Hydration: I make sure to guzzle that water, gurl! Before, during, and after workouts. Because we sweats a lot during our workout sessions so we need water to energize our body!

⏳ Consistency: Consistency is the name of the game. Don't ditch the plan after a week, ya hear? If I don’t keep up with the regular workout thing, the progress might move at a snail's 🐌 pace! Like, no speedy gains at the end of the month because I make excuses to get moving.

πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Listen to Your Body: I pay attention to how my body responds to workouts and adjust as needed. If it hurts so bad, I make sure to check how the correct ways to do it or after the workout session I felt like my body is sore I make sure to take a day rest and continue the next day!

Drinking water is seriously awesome for me, you, and everyone else. It's like giving our bodies a big ol' hug from the inside! When I drink enough water, I feel like a superhero. It helps my skin look all glowy and fresh, and it keeps my energy levels up.

πŸ“Œ Now, about how much water I should guzzle down in a day – I've heard that the magic number is around 8 cups, but honestly, it can vary.

If I'm sweating like crazy from an intense workout or it's hotter than the Sahara desert, I might need even more.

But hey, let's not stress over every drop!

My body's pretty good at telling me when it's thirsty. So, I just listen to my gut (or my throat, really) and take sips throughout the day. It's like my body's secret weapon for feeling awesome!
