Recipe —

15 oz whole milk ricotta

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Add all of these ingredients to a food processor and whip!

Top with chopped pistachios, orange wedges, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
