Becoming an Early Bird

My Routine from 5:30am to 9am

- I work from home so I don’t need to log onto work until 9am. If you don’t work from home i just suggest cutting your workout time from 1hr to like 30 to 45 minutes. Also you could wake up at 5am instead to give you more time. What’s important is that you get up and active to help you start your day.

Also I find it easier to be motivated to clean after my workout because my adrenaline is up. However you can clean before. Do what is best for your comfort and mindset.
