My before photos. I really hope that I will see a difference, or this will just be embarrassing, lol 😂.
I was consistent with the gym in July and August, but I didn't feel or see any difference. I only lost 2 lbs in two months! Why?! 😭. I am going to try to change up my routine (see on my next post).
My previous routine was
Monday- Arms
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday- Legs
Thursday- Cardio
Friday- Full body
I feel like people might be upset that I am 181 lbs, but in my life, this is the heaviest I have weighed, and it really makes me feel awful about myself. I used to be able to run 3 miles in 21 minutes! 😭
After I started college, I really let my body go. I felt too busy, too shy, and overwhelmed with school to go to the gym or do anything about my weight. The worst was that I also met my boyfriend while I was in college, and let me tell you! He's literally the problem. It's true it's really true you will gain weight when you're in a healthy relationship and it was a joke... until it wasn't 🥴😂.
I really want to stay true to this journey. I am ready to feel good about myself again! 😅
