More and more women are now wanting to get off the pill, learn about their bodies, and understand their cycles

And I am all for it. One of the best things I’ve done for my health is start using my basal body temp to help me learn more about my body + my cycle

I typically use my oura ring to track my temp (which syncs to natural cycles) but using a thermometer for basal body temperature works too, of course!
